We text you a collection code and a pickup point near you. Show it, take your bag.
If a cycle doesn't fill by its close date, it is cancelled and you are refunded in full. No deductions, no store credit โ the money returns to the card or account you paid with.

Buy once and you're in. Each SKU carries a points value set by the platform. You earn the full points on your own purchases and a share of the points on purchases made by people you introduced โ across several generations.
Points move you through levels. At each level you hold five slots; every time a team member joins you there, you're paid a commission for that slot โ released once their orders are collected, never before.
Trade in bulk? Become a distributor.
Buy whole lots at the group price, deliver to your own customers, and hand each one their points when they confirm the bag arrived. Their points โ and your network share โ are released on confirmation.

Straight answers
What happens if the group doesn't fill?๏ผ
The cycle is cancelled on its close date and every order is refunded in full to the payment method used. Refunds are processed automatically; you do not need to ask.
When is my money actually spent?๏ผ
Only after the cycle fills. Until then it sits in escrow. Once procurement begins, your order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled, because the produce has been bought for you.
How do I collect?๏ผ
When the produce reaches the pickup point we send you a collection code by SMS. Show it at the point during the delivery window and take your bag.
Do I have to join the partner programme to buy?๏ผ
No. Anyone can buy. Joining the programme is optional, and if you join later your earlier purchases are still credited.
Is this a money-making scheme?๏ผ
No. UptownFarm sells food. Partners earn commissions only when real produce is bought and collected by people in their network. There are no fees to join and nothing to buy except produce.
